If you're someone who's looking to get fit and healthy, but finds exercising on your own boring and uninspiring, then working out with friends might just be the solution you need. 3 PWRR are working with CrossFit Great Stour, we believe that exercising with friends is more fun and effective than doing it alone, and we've built a community that reflects this belief.


One of the biggest misconceptions about CrossFit is that it's only for young, fit athletes. However, we know that CrossFit is for everybody, regardless of age, fitness level, or previous experience. We have members ranging from 18-year-old girls to 75-year-old grandfathers, all working together to achieve their fitness goals. With CrossFit, age truly is just a number, and our members feel ageless with increased strength, mobility, energy levels, and bone density.


Crossfit Stour helps those who wish to join the Army get healthy, which is why 3 PWRR is collaborating with them to increase community awareness of reserve offerings and help people understand what the reserves can provide in their daily lives.

When you come in for a workout at CrossFit Great Stour, you'll start with mobilization and a warm-up that is specific to the Workout of the Day (WOD). Your coach will then break down and demonstrate the WOD, explaining and coaching you through each movement. During the workout, your coach will closely monitor your technique, ensuring that you're getting the most from your training. This personalized attention and coaching is what makes our workouts so effective and efficient.
